In API 1104 IT IS ESSENTIAL VARIABLE TO BE FOLLOWED IN WELDER SELECTION UNABLE TO GIVE THE LOCATION/ CODE HEADING 

PL CROSS CHECK IN API 1104 - FOR OTHER CODE I AM NOT SURE
