The fee structure for ASNT NDT level 3 examination is 260 USD for ASNT members and 335 USD for non-members.

The syllabus of the RT level 3 is covered in ASNT hand book 3rd edition, volume 4 and ASNT level 3 study guide for radigraphic testing, 2nd edition.

You could purchase these material online through ASNT website(www.asnt.org)
