[MW:12199] WB36 PTC intermediate SR.........

Dear experts,

                   i had a doubt, please explain.

                   for WB 36 material, we are doing SR after shell rolling and after total completion of weding before Hydraulic test.

                  

                    but as per the QAP, PTC should fit up after intermediate SR before L-seam welding.

                    Could u pls expalin, what will happen if we send PTC for SR along with the shell after rolling & after Cmpletion of welidng ? Is it effects to mechanical properties in testing & why?
