[MW:6405] Welder Performance Qualification

Hi Sir,

I'm QC from fabrication company. But I need to give training to my staff and welder about the Welder Performance Qualification. Base material usually carbon steel, SS, Duplex and Super Duplex. Anybody can help me what the most important point about WQT to give them training? what should I focus on WQT to give them the training?
