[MW:6345] Stainless Steel, duplex and super duplex need charpy or not?

Hi all,

I have one query about the charpy impact test. Do the stainless steel (P-No.8), Duplex & Super Duplex (P-No.10H) required charpy impact test or not? If yes, what condition which I need to consider when doing the charpy impact test and where can I refer?
