[MW:2717] Re: New PQR for 7018 or 7016 if using 7018-1?

With ref. table 4.6 of D1.1 clause 3 , the change in the AWS classification is essential variable.

As per my understanding, E7018-1 is impact at -45 Deg.Cel; If you want to use the E7018 , you need to qualify the New PQR to prove the impact requirement at -45 Deg.Cel
 
Since E7018 impact is -27 deg. cel. , ultimately you need to qualify.
 
It slightly conflict with code, but you need to resolve logically.

PQR with E7018-1, do I need to run a new PQR if I intend to use E7018
or E7016 in the same joint?
