[MW:1105] Hydrotest of Piping with valves

It is demanded to conduct a Hydrotest in assembled condition which
includes piping,Ball valves etc.What precautions need to be taken with
respect to valves during the hydrotest?.Hydrotest pressure is about
140 Kgs/sq.cms with a holding period of 4 hrs.
