Refer to Clause RCB-2.31. It restarins to 17% thinning for work hardened materials. It also refers to 2.33 on HT.
In industry practice, Austenetic SS materials are considered to be of work hardening type and the above clauise ais applied for Heat Exchnager tubes.

Is there any code restriction for doing cold bending of SS-304 (1.1/2") pipe? Any post bending heat treatment required?
31.3 only specifies heat treatment for ferritic steel.
