You should make that welders are qualified before the start of the job! that's just not professionnal. now, i think you should perform the test (RT) on as welded joints to prove their quality instead of qualifing welders after work completion.

for structural project the sub vendor has done welding with out qulified welders now this sub vendor is saying they will produce wqt with in one week with previous date.so my question is wheather it is accptable ,if it is acceptable please provide the refrence. awating for your reply.
