Galvanic corrosion could be an issue in such circumstances.Please see the attached literature for your reference.Note these documents are all public download through google search.
The Norsok standard addresses this issue, specifically see the highlighted text.The other two documents,NACE and API gets the general information on this issue.

Dear Experts,
Is there any possibility of Galvanic Corrosion or any type of Corrosion because of Dissimilar Welding in wetted parts of Sour service ? How it affects and at what rate?
Material 1 - Carbon Steel
Material 2 - Stainless Steel
Consumble used - 309 L
Also, where it is addressed in NACE MR 0175 or any other International Standard?
I will appreciate if you can share some article on this subject.
