[MW:10721] Welding of two different Group metal (Gr II with Gr III)

Good morning,

Please advise us if the welding of two different Group metal (Gr II
with Gr III) is covered by the PQRs of both groups, according to AWS
D1.1 code.

Example:

PQR1: concern the welding of S355 JR - S355 JR (Gr II)

PQR2: concern the welding of API 5L X60 - API 5L X60 (Gr III)

Question: The welding of S355 JR - API 5L X60 is covered by the above
PQR (PQR1 & PQR2) according to AWS D1.1 code?
