For Duplex SS it would be 30-60% and austenitic SS 3-10% (except 310)

The chemical analysis of S31803 is designed to obtain 50% ferrite contents.
The range of ferrite content depends on actual chemical contents.

I think carbon content for C.S or S.S is not important. Anyway ferritic carbon steel : approxi. 100%, austenitic stainless steel:
approxi. 0%.
