Dear Elshan,
Can you give me some information on the following;
Thisckness of the material-10 mm or 12 mm
Type of welding proces and joint type.-GMAW
Is the crack in the weld material or in the base material.-HAZ
Has there been made an X-ray, and what is the result?-No xray we have done only bend test
What is the required minimum yield strength of the welded connection?-162 mpa

Dear friends,
I need to run the new WPSin Aluminium steel plate using the attached grade of Aluminum plate.The wire I am using is ER5356 which is reccommended for this type of AL.
How many times I have tried but I can not get the acceptable results from bend test.
It is broken after slight bending.
Can you help me please how to weld it to get the acceptable results from bending?
