[MW:23873] Comparision of WPS/PQR between ASME SEC-IX and AWS D1.1

Dear Experts,

Can i know the general difference between ASME SEC IX and AWSD1.1 WPS/PQR.

Can i use ASME sec- IX WPS/PQR for any structural welding (Non-Impact). 

                 

              OR

Can i use AWS D1.1 WPS/PQR for any ASME related jobs (If qualified for butt weldings, Non Impact)

Please do needful.
