I have encounter here in our project site after the welding of pipe to valve 6" sch160(18.26mm thk) the welding joint is misalignment of 5mm. My question is how can i raise a ncr for this because sch160 will not be distortion. Wht i will wrote in the ncr on this problem. And wht is the standard for this.
