Dear Jay,
As per Aramco Standard requirement, vaccum packed electrodes (E7018) can be used for a maximum of four hours without using any baking or portable oven. It can be used for eight hours if it continuously maintained at 60 degree in a portable oven. If the left over electrodes are to be used after eight hours , it needs to be re-dried.
Regards,
Anup
