I have known this sort of concession request to be granted and also, in other cases to be rejected. It depends on many factors in the situation. The testing performed would be different, but that may not be seen as critical. All you can do is to make the case to your client and await their response.

I have a situation here. We got steel structure job but my AWS D1.1 WPS not covered for this job. It is possible to replace the WPS WITH ASME IX WPS?. My boss told me to sent the STQ request for replace the AWS D1.1 to ASME IX. I don't have any idea for this. Please guide me. Thank you.
