Dear sampath prior to start Hydro test following water test should be done;
1) Method of sampling and test(physical and chemical) for water and wast water( PH value, Acidity, Alkalinity, Dissolve oxygen) as per IS-3025.
2) & 3)To Prevention of metal corrosion.
Strictly follow the API Standard(11th or latest) as article 7.3.6 for Hydrostatic testing requirements.
