Yes.you can make MPDR for each Equipment final quality dossier including ABD All NDT reports NCR, waiver for test report, issuance of client inspection release note & prepration for shipment.
Once MDR completed no work done on job send equipment to site.

For code vessel boiler , stam drum, risers & downcommers are sending
saperately to the site , at site these equipments are joined by
welding we are making equipment wise MPDR (manufacturers partial data
report) it is enough or for each equipment MDR (manufaxturers data
report ) required. Please reply me.
