If Down comer pipes welding is not done by same manufacturer, it is by some other contracotor. I think Manufacturer has to issue separate MDR for each equipment sent to site, Please comment??

For code vessel boiler , stam drum, risers & downcommers are sending
saperately to the site , at site these equipments are joined by
welding we are making equipment wise MPDR (manufacturers partial data
report) it is enough or for each equipment MDR (manufaxturers data
