Now a days I am coming across many Ukraine make plate with dual certification .Dual certification is not strange
However strange is these plates have two certificate one with SA516 Gr.70 & another MTC with SA 516 Gr.60
Futher more strange is SA516 Gr.70 certificate specify that plate is marked with SA 516 Gr.70 and SA516 Gr.60 certificate specify that plate is marked with SA516 Gr.70
I doubt authenticity of such MTC
