[MW:3943] Re: 3928] Welder Qualification

Dear Mr. Roshan,

I know that Bend test is the substitution of RT, If welder fail in RT
why substitution is required, As per my opinion bend test is to check
weld metal properties, Fusion of weld metal to parent metal.
