Plz find comparison between ASME Sec VIII 1, 2 & 3. as major point.
This comparion is two year old you need to work out for lastest.

U2 and U3 are totally different
U2-Alternative rules for construction of pressure vessels
U3 -Alternative rules for construction of high pressure vessels
Two different set rules can't be compared
