[MW:1233] Re: FCAW --- UT / RT ???

 
The joint is Double V with 60 degrees included angle both sides.
In 3G our welder employs weaving whereas in 1G he welds stringer beads.
However by changing welding consumables (using imported consumables in place of local make),good interpass cleaning by grinding, proper preheating, our same welders are now able to give 100% UT,RT joints with FCAW.
