Dear Ellik,
Usage of same PQR depends upon your code of fabrication, Parent & consumable Material used for qualification & thickness of materials.
Some fabrication code does allow to use the same PQR without further impact testing as long the material (parent & consumable) itself qualified to use (upto certain lower temperature).
