[MW:3952] PWHT OF SS CLADED PR. VESSELS

One of my client specification calls for PWHT for cladded pressure vessel. 

Please advise PWHT procedure for pressure vessels with cladded plates of material SA 516 Gr. 70 +  SS 316 L. 

The thickness of vessels are : 1) 10mm + 3mm

                                             2) 50mm + 3mm

                                              

 Is there any NDT requirement applicable after PWHT.
