Pre Qualified WPS or Standard WPS need not be qualified, with restrictions u can use.

Yes, PWPS means Pre-WPS. Based on that document PQR conducted, that needs mechanical test, root, face bend test and Tensile test. If test results are in acceptance limit than finally PWPS becomes WPS or final document ready for production welding.
