In the latest edition of ISO 15614-1 : 2019, it is stated that, "Level 1 is based on the requirements of ASME BPVC Section IX, Welding, Brazing, and Fusing Qualifications, and Level 2, for which the extent of testing is greater, is based on the previous version of this standard; BS EN ISO 15614-1:2004+A2:2012. It is important to note that a procedure test carried out to Level 2 automatically qualifies for Level 1 requirements, but not vice-versa"
Is it possible to write a WPS as per ASME Section IX with Level 1 with a supporting PQR tested as per EN ISO 15614-1 (Level 2).
