Construction Codes ( ASME SEC VIII DIV I , ASME SEC I )are silent about simulation PWHT.
Client specifications( like Aramco, PDO , Shell DEPs) are specifying these simulation PWHT requirements.
We have to anticipate possible repairs after PWHT .
Accordingly PQR shall be established .
