Pls clarify that your construction code is Piping of Pipeline?

For Pipeline and as per API 1104 you need to have qualified Repair WPS for repair.

Dear Giants,

I want to know about little doubt on piping welding repair WPS.
WPS made with 6010 and 7010 electrodes for regular welding.
Now I can plan with  6010 and 7018 electrodes for Repair WPS on the same .
Material :API5L PSL2 grade P1G1
is it allowable?
please correct me.
