You do not need to requalify. I suggest creating a new WPS So there's no confusion on the thickness range qualified. You didn't mention impacts as being a factor, so as long as you're able to still meet all the variables involved, you're good.
Cheers....

Dear all,The PQR and WPS for the project I am working on has multiple processes (GTAW for root and SMAW for fill and cap).Due to some constraints GTAW cannot be used. Can I use the same PQR and WPS to use SMAW for root , fill and cap as per API 1104 or do I need to requalify a PQR and WPS?. Thanks.
