impact test requirements  when the Code of Construction is VIII-1 
You start from UG-20 Design Temperature to check for exceptions and then you go to UCS-65 & 66 & 67 in case of CArbon or Low Alloy Steel, not to forget UG-84 for test plates requirments

PQR Details - Base Metal - ASTM A106 Gr.B  To ASTM A106 Gr.B. ( P No - 1 Gr.No - 1 To  P No - 1 Gr.No - 1 ).
Process - GTAW  + SMAW ( GTAW - 4.8 mm + SMAW - 13.46 mm)
Thickness of the Coupon -18.26 mm, Dia - 6"
With PWHT - 638°C ,time 72 min.
No Impact tested.
DESIGN TEMP. / MDMT (°C) -290 / 5 .

WPS Details - Base Metal - ASTM A106 / A516 Gr.B / Gr.70  To  ASTM A106 / A516 Gr.B / Gr.70 . ( P No - 1 Gr.No - 1/2 To  P No - 1 Gr.No - 1/2 ).
Process - GTAW  + SMAW ( GTAW - 9.6 mm + SMAW - 15.4 mm).
SFA No- GTAW - 5.18 and for SMAW - 5.1.
AWS No - GTAW - ER70S-3 and SMAW - E7018-1H4R.
Pre heat - less than 12.7 mm -10°C and less than 25 mm 75°C.
Inter pass Temp. -315°C.
PWHT - 620°C, Holding time 1 hr thk +1 hour min.

According to above details help me to review, as per ASME Section VIII for Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
And I need your suggestion what are the essentials requirements according ASME  Sec.VIII. And what are the important things i have to check.
Please suggested me with clause reference.
