[MW:31781] Different of EFW/ERW pipe

Dear Expert,


I come across with 2" pipe line which having appearance like using auto-weld process.
From my understanding, electric fusion weld should be no filler rod used. However, from the actual piping at site, the weldment seem to have weld cap and show obvious long-seam appearance.
I am never across with small diam of pipe having
• Question: How do we know if the welding is electric fusion process or not? I am never across with small diam of pipe having long-seam appearance from outside
