Totally agree with Mr. Balajirajan's reply.
10% of each welder and total 10% of all the welds. If you have some welds at shop and some at field than choose field joints for radiography test.

Normal practice, If you have more than one welder, then 10% of joints you should select from the number of welds did by that welder, as that you can cover 10% RT for that line class and also for the welders. By this you can come to know the integrity of weld and also the welder performance.
