[MW:30315] PSV set pressure during hydrotest of piping

Dear Experts,

As per B31.3 what is the PSV set pressure during hydrotest.

Please give expert opinion as there is no clause found in B31.3 for hydrotest PSV set pressure, PSV set pressure for pneumatic only prescribed.
