Code never address the temp.of hot forming
Generaly Hot forming is carried above Ac3 temp.i.e.about 900c and continue till say up to 850c This is judgment Till its plastcity is comfortable for forming
In this case you may not require Post heat treatment as code has not addressed This you may req to convince surveyor
Second one is warm.forming say about 550 c It depends upon the configuration depth of DEnd also depends upon thk actual yield strength etc In this case Het treatment is essential after forming
