-- I have witnessed PQR of SA312 TP 316 material 1" SCH 40 according to Proposal WPS , Test piece visually checked and send to Lab for check testing as per. Sec IX . also inform to vendor to be witness in Lab in the presence of QC engineer .
But vendor does not infirm to QC Engineer . and Lab test report is submitted . Now he pressurizes to approve WPS
What shall I do.....
