[MW:30102] Hydrotest of Pressure Vessel

Dear Experts,

 

I would like to seek your advice on the following;

 

Pressure vessel (Closed Drain) is designed to ASME Sec VIII Division 1 code, can it be hydrotested using ASME 31.3 code.
