[MW:29479] PWHT requirements for cladded boot sheel / head - Reg

Hi

Pl share your opinion on PWHT requirements for Cladded ( CS+SS clad ) boot shell / head which is connected by flange. 

1. PWHT is required for clad portions ? even the service requirement calls for PWHT ? or 

2. PWHT can be waived off as per NACE MR0175/ISO 15156-2 Clause A 2.1.2 , A 2.1.4, , Table A1, Clause A 2.1.5 (b) & NACE MR0175/ISO 15156-3 Clause A 13.1 ?

Looking for Aramco reference,
