It is important that when you ask a question of this type you mention what is the Construction Code that you are using or that your client is requesting or maybe you just use an X Code as a reference to justify your work.
I can recommend the Non-Mandatory Appendix R of Section VIII Div. 1 or the PWHT Tables of paragraph UCS-56 of the same Section VIII Div. 1.
