[MW:27374] In case any failure happen in hardness of nuts - can be done re-sampling and testing.

Dear Expert,
It is need your valuable suggestion....

HSFG Nut & Bolt, Grade 10.9
Hardness values are not meeting with specified value which are mention in IS-1367 part-6. Specified Value - 26 - 38 HRC
Achieved Values 18-20 HRC. Proof load of nuts are passed.
Client is not accepting because of  it is cleared that achieved values are not met with specified values.
Now question is - any where in the code/standard mention for re sampling and testing of nuts if  in case any failure happen in hardness of nuts then twice or more number of sample shall be drawn from the same heat/batch heat treated lot and again go for test its ?

Please share your advises.

With Regards,
Shakeel Ahamad
