[MW:27369] FCAW process for root & hot pass welding of 100% RT joint

Dear all,
Can any one advice is it prefrable to use fcaw root & hot pass as a replacement of smaw followed by SAW filling & capping for 100% RT joint in pressure vessel

Can ceramic backing will be substitute for back gouging

Dear Experts,  Can anyone share the inspection requirements or a qualification procedure for cold bending? Our client spec states only the requirements for induction bending and would like to know your opinion on the cold bend inspection requirements.
