Hi,
For T91 welds, preheat is mandatory but the thickness is 4.5mm then you can reduce the preheat to 150 degrees if it is done by GTAW or other wisw minimum preheat shall be 204 degrees. When welding T91 to Stainless steel interpass temperature shall maintained in between 165 to 222 degree celsius. After weding it shall be sooled down slowly to 95 degrees and keep it for an hour and to ambient.
For alloy 91 to stainless steel material welds, PWHT performed with temperature 732 degrees plus or minus 14 degrees.
Thanks& Regards,
