if the engineering goes by the book you have to repeat the impact test. How was the ferrite?

SS304l ( 5 mm Thick Pipe ASTM A312 TP304L) Code: ASME B31.3
Design Temperature: -198 Deg C
Welding process: GTAW
The available WPS/PQR tested @ -196 Deg C with GTAW Process in accordance with ASME SEC IX and ASME B31.3 but design temperature -198 Deg C as above indicated material, Can we use available procedure to weld above material.
