-- We are working on a Alloys Steel header ,size-18" x Sch-160 , with 16 nos of weldolet(size -18 " x 4 ") is to be welded on 18" pipe (SA 335 P22) , i have to calculate the weld metal deposit while welding the weldolet . Please suggest the correct method to calculate the amount of weld metal deposit.( i have attached the welding detail of weldolet)
