Sorry for the late reply.
We cant afford for NDT.
Also UT is not possible due to the profile of the job.
But we have an internal testing lab where i could do a destructive testing free of cost.
Please find the attachments with respect to the macro test which we have conducted.
After etching the weld test piece we have drawn a triangle from the weld centre line with included triangle 60 degree.
Our lab report tells if L>12mm & A>1mm then it is a proper fused weld.
If L<11mm & A<1mm then there is a side wall lack of fusion.
Please give your comments Is IT correct or not?
