[MW:17866] Deposited weld metals

Dear All,
Please clarify my doubt in WPS as per ASME SECTION IX
Process:  GTAW + SMAW
PQR base metal Thickness:  10.31 mm
WPS Base metal thickness range:  5.0-19.0 mm
Deposited weld metal:  GTAW (5mm)+ SMAW (14mm)
How I can find out the weld metal thickness GTAW 5mm & SMAW 20.62mm
(I saw the section IX, QW-404.30 & QW-450 Table also but I can't understand)

Thank you,

Regards,
A.Michael Lawrence
