To establish the Carburization effect and to provide suitable welding procedure

the objective of this service is to find whether Carburization has taken place in to the following SS pipingline nos due to the temperature and the fluid services

Since these lines are inservice for hydrocarbon at above 600 Cfor more than 4 years

after identification and measuring the depth of Carburization HOW CAN PREPARE TO SITABLE WELDING PROCEDURE TO BE DEVELOPED PRIOR TO PROCEED WELDING/MODIFICATION OF THE LINESAS REQUIRED IN THE MODIFICATION/SHIFTINF OF THE BRANCHES.
