[MW:17275] Query Rel to applicability of a section from RCC-MR

Dear Experts,

Query is related to RCC-MR :RC 3800 DESIGN RULES FOR BOX STRUCTURES.

Is this section applicable ONLY for double wall construction? If, so What is to be considered while designing a rectangular vessel by RCC-MR?
