Re: [MW:13171] Low Hydrogen Electrode in Steel Structure Application

I believe each contractor have had procedure to describe the system of
storage, handling and treatment of welding consumable.
SMAW with low hydrogen coatings, must be kept at temperature of a min
70C. You can use portable oven as i did in our projects. Please supply
the electrode to the welder with the number that it should be. I know
you get my point.
When your electrodes are exposed to the air/atmosphere (room
temperature) for a few days, the electrode shall be re-dried. Put them
at oven with with 350C; 2hrs.
Please go to data sheet to get more understanding.
